The National School Plant Management Association (NSPMA) represents public K–12 school facilities professionals across the United States and promotes excellence in education through professional facility management.

As our profession continues to evolve, so does NSPMA. Our Strategic Framework is designed as a living document that reflects the changing needs of our members, schools, and the students and communities they serve. Rather than updating our direction every several years, the NSPMA Board of Directors reviews progress regularly, establishes measurable priorities, and remains committed to continuous improvement through collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

Together, we are building a stronger organization to better support the professionals responsible for creating safe, healthy, efficient, and well-maintained learning environments across the nation.
