Welcome to the National School Plant Management Association (NSPMA)!

Our organization is dedicated to supporting K-12 Facilities and Operational staff, who serve as the backbone of public education nationwide. These professionals play a critical role in ensuring our schools run smoothly, providing safe and effective environments for students and educators alike.

NSPMA fosters connections across districts of all sizes by offering networking opportunities, professional training, and resources designed to enhance daily operations. Our mission is to empower operational personnel with the tools and knowledge needed to meet the ever-evolving demands of modern education.
