Monday Feb 5th: Day 1 – Group will be split into two groups to allow everyone to participate in both tracks. Transportation will be provided.

Track 1: School Safety – Preparedness – Active Intruder – Interactive Learning

Track 2: Leadership For All

  • 8:30 am – Morning kickoff: (Sheraton Music City)

  • 10:30 am – 4:00 pm – Morning / Afternoon School Saftey: (Royal Range USA – Nashville’s Best Shooting Range)
    • Learning through experience is the most powerful way to retain lessons learned. Attendees with be cycling through three individual learning opportunities during the interactive experience: Classroom session on preparedness, range shooting to have your senses in tune with surroundings and what a firearm in close proximity feels like, and destructive testing of interior finishes/doors/windows under extreme circumstances
  • 10:30 am – 4:00 pm – Morning / Afternoon Leadership (Sheraton Music City)
    • Amazing team of industry leaders sharing examples of what leadership looks like, how to have those hard conversations with employees, and the importance of embracing presentations to your boards for the betterment of your schools
  • 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm – President’s Reception Attendees and Vendor/Sponsors (Sheraton Music City Lobby Bar)

Tuesday Feb 6th: Day 2 – Learning and Growing (Sheraton Music City)
